They're perfect for the popular vintage, stained and aged effects used in altered books, scrapbook pages, cards and home decor projects. Pads have raised felt, are stackable and can be re-inked with matching re-inker. Conforms to ASTM D 4236. Comes in a variety of colours. Blend using Ink Blending Tools and Felts.
